Nissan’s Redesigned Titan Pickup
Nissan has finally revealed the all-new and redesigned Titan pickup! We at Rothrock Nissan have been anxiously awaiting the updated truck, and Nissan did not disappoint.
The New York International Auto Show was the location of the debut, which was a demonstration of the serious competition that Nissan is bringing to the truck market. Detroit automakers need to take notice, as the new full-size Titan is going head-to-head with the current top sellers.
Fred Diaz, Nissan’s general manager of trucks stated that the Nissan Titan “looks good, and has the capability that we need, and the durability.” The new truck will be powered by Nissan’s 5.6-liter Endurance V8 gasoline engine, producing 390 horsepower. It will also have a seven-speed automatic transmission. In addition, Nissan plans to offer a V6 gasoline engine in the near future.
The Titan has been long-overdue for an update, since it has not had a complete model transformation since its launch in 2004. The 2017 Titan will have five different trim levels and three configurations – crew cab, king cab, and single cab.
Nissan has truly invested in the all-new Titan, which will go on sale this summer at Rothrock Nissan.
