The Scat Pack Club Still Shapes Dodge’s Performance Philosophy

Dodge is offering Scat Pack stage kits for added vehicle performance. The kits are available for the 2014 Dodge Charger (pictured), Challenger, and Dart.

Forty-five years after its inception, the Scat Pack Club is back. Not to be confused with the Rat Pack, the Scat Pack Club was originally a group of Dodge enthusiasts whose desire for increased vehicle performance became the mantra that drove Dodge’s performance philosophy. Dodge is now offering Scat Package stage kits to continue the tradition.

At the 2013 SEMA Show, Dodge gave attendees a peak at the capabilities of the Scat Pack Club tribute. The kits were designed in conjunction with Mopar, Chrysler’s brand of service, parts and customer care, to provide customers with additional performance.

“Bringing back factory stage kits allows Dodge enthusiasts to extract the maximum performance from their vehicles without the fear and guesswork typically associated with modifying late-model vehicles,” said Tim Kuniskis, Dodge Brand’s president and CEO, in a press release.

Each customized kit comes in three levels for the 2014 Dodge Challenger, Charger and Dart models. Package contents vary based on the customer’s vehicle and the desired level of performance.

“The new Scat Package kits reinforce our commitment to the performance arena,” said Pietro Gorlier, Mopar’s president and CEO, in the same release. “With multiple kits available, we can suit the performance upgrade needs of our owners.”

We at Rothrock Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram are excited to make these Scat Package stage kits available to you beginning spring 2014.
